We provide high-specification, contemporary serviced offices suitable for small businesses, satellite offices, startups, professionals, and teams of up to 8 people. We also offer flexible hot-desking and co-working options by the hour or by the day, plus meeting room hire for up to 10 people.

Our serviced offices are fully inclusive. Rent covers:

Yes. We provide flexible terms to suit businesses of all sizes, whether you need a long-term base or a short-term project space.
Can I book a meeting/conference room even if I’m not an office tenant?
Absolutely. Our meeting room is available to both tenants and external businesses. It accommodates up to 10 people and can be booked by the hour or by the day.

What are your opening hours?
The Business Suite is 24/7, 365 for office tenants and accessible during standard office hours for other users, with extended access available where required.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is dedicated parking on site and there is ample nearby public parking within short walking distance. If you’d like assistance locating suitable parking options, including exclusive parking permits, we can advise when you enquire.
Are utilities and internet included?
Yes. All essential utilities and high-speed internet access are included in your office rental or hot-desk fee.
Can I view the Business Suite before booking?
Of course. We’re happy to arrange a viewing so you can see the office space, meeting rooms, and facilities first-hand.
